comprising of a Tanto, Wakisashi and Katana, the first with almost straight 11 1/4in. signed watered blade with two 'mekugi-ana', gilded 'habaki' with 'cat-scratches', plain brass 'tsuba' with reeded edge, bronze 'fuchi', 'kashira' and 'menuki' with gilded detail, in its black laquered 'saya' with signed 'kogatana', the wakisashi similar but with curving 18in. unsigned blade, single 'mekugi-ana', iron moulded 'tsuba' of chrysanthemum form and polished saya, furniture similar to first, the last also similar but with signed curving 22in. blade with two 'mekugi-ana', similar furniture to second, all blades cleaned
